We are a lebanese couple who was  born and grew up in lebanon,once we came to Canada we have seen that our culture in baking is not being well presented to people so we decided to open our own bakery to offer  the real taste without having the need  to travel to lebanon so we started our business in April 2023 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Gatineau/Ottawa area. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to become masters of the craft. Providing dishes that are fresh,authentic hearty and simply unforgettable.

Nous sommes un couple libanais qui est né et a grandi au Liban. Une fois arrivés au Canada, nous avons constaté que notre culture en boulangerie n'est pas bien présentée aux gens. Nous avons donc décidé d'ouvrir notre propre boulangerie pour offrir le vrai goût sans devoir voyager au Liban, nous avons donc démarré notre entreprise en avril 2023 avec un seul objectif en tête : offrir une expérience culinaire agréable dans la région de Gatineau/Ottawa. Grâce à notre expérience et à notre dévouement, nous avons réussi à devenir maîtres du métier. Proposer des plats frais, authentiques, copieux et tout simplement inoubliables.
